I. Overview

The SCWN series impact mills developed with independent intellectual property rights by our company are capable of ultra-fine grinding various types of soft and hard raw materials with Mohs hardness below 5, suitable for processing herbal medicines with stems, roots, and leaves. This machine consists of a feeding system, a high-precision turbine classifier (replacing traditional screens with stepless speed regulation), cyclone collection, dust collector, high-pressure fan, and electrical control system. The equipment features low energy consumption, high output, and fine particle size, generating less noise compared to Raymond mills. Compared to other grinding machines, it has lower energy consumption, convenient maintenance, and its core components are made of high-quality alloy materials, suitable for ultra-fine processing of Chinese herbal medicines (with stems, roots, and leaves).

II. Features

The particle size is finer than that of ordinary mechanical grinding. With a built-in efficient turbine classifier, it has a narrow particle size distribution, high classification accuracy, and no large particles. The product particle size can be adjusted freely between 100-2000 mesh.
The adoption of air-cooled design results in high airflow volume in the system, with a grinding temperature less than 45°C, suitable for processing materials with high oil content and adhesion, while ensuring the natural properties and quality of the materials.
Unique flow field design and constant gas-solid concentration control ensure that materials stay in the chamber for a short time, preventing adhesion to the inner wall of the chamber.
The product design of this series fully complies with GMP standards for the pharmaceutical industry.
The grinding hammers and liners are made with special processes and materials, resulting in long service life.
An increased dust collector filter area, along with hydrophobic and oleophobic coated filter bags and electrostatic protection, effectively prevents dust adhesion.
The entire machine operates under full negative pressure, enabling automatic slag discharge and eliminating dust pollution.
